About Lost In America: The great American mid-life crisis comedy. Albert Brooks cashes in his yuppie lifestyle and drops out of society to hit the road “like in Easy Rider”, except instead of a motorcycle his vehicle of choice is a Winnebago motor home. Featuring the classic scene with my old boss Garry Marshall as the casino manager who refuses to give Albert back his money, and an expert non-performance by the kid from Der Wienerschnitzel, the last time I saw this I laughed so hard I cried.
